Built for the trips nobody planned

Last Minute Private Jet is a charter broker that specializes in short notice: the flight tonight, the first departure tomorrow, the change of plan that cannot wait for an airline.

How we work

You tell us the route, the group and the latest you can leave. We go to operators with aircraft close to your departure airport, confirm that each one has a legal crew and open airports at both ends, and send you only the options that can make your timing.

We arrange one-way, round-trip and multi-city flights in the US and abroad, on aircraft from turboprops to ultra long range jets. Asking costs nothing: no membership, no deposit, no account.

Who flies you

Last Minute Private Jet is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.

The operator is named in your quote, and your charter agreement is with that carrier. Many of the operators we use also hold third-party safety audits from ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO.

What the price includes

One total, with the 7.5% federal excise tax and segment fees on domestic flights, airport and handling fees, crew costs and any repositioning. Optional extras are listed separately, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.

Pets travel on many aircraft once the operator agrees, so tell us about them up front.

What to expect

From your message to the FBO

  1. A clear window

You give us a latest departure time and anything that affects the aircraft.

  2. Honest options

We send what can really fly, or tell you plainly when tonight is not possible and what is.

  3. One agreement

You sign with the operator named and pay under its terms.

  4. One advisor

The same person sends the FBO details and stays reachable until you land.
