Privacy Policy

  1. Who looks after your request

    Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Last Minute Private Jet. "We" in this policy means Charter Jet One acting for this brand.

    Last Minute Private Jet is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.

  2. What the form collects

    Your name, email and phone; the trip itself (airports, date, latest departure, passengers, notes about pets or luggage); whether you opted in to offers; the page that referred you, if your browser shares it; and campaign tags in the link you used, such as utm_campaign.

    Payment details are never taken through this website. If a booking goes ahead, passport and identity details needed for the flight are collected separately.

  3. Why we need it

    To find aircraft that can fly your trip and send you prices. To book and run the flight with the operating carrier if you decide to go. And, only if you tick the unticked offers box, to send late-availability offers, which you can stop at any time.

  4. Who receives it

    The operator quoting or flying your trip, and the providers we use to run quoting and booking, such as email delivery and hosting. They receive what they need for that purpose only. We do not sell personal information or pass it to advertisers.

  5. How long we hold it

    For as long as your request or booking is open, then for the period that tax, accounting and legal duties require. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

  6. Your rights

    Ask us for a copy of your information, a correction or deletion by answering any message we have sent you, or by writing to us through the quote form. We may confirm your identity before acting.

  7. Cookies and tracking

    There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and no cookies beyond what is strictly needed to load the pages. Fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.

  8. Security

    Requests are sent encrypted and only staff working on your trip can see them. Please leave card numbers out of the notes field.

  9. Children

    The site is for adults arranging travel and does not knowingly collect children's information. A minor's details are only gathered when an adult books a flight they are on.

  10. Updates

    Changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and major changes apply to information collected after they are published.
