Terms of Use
Effective 9 October 2026. These terms apply to this website and to quotes requested through it.
The service
Last Minute Private Jet is a brand of Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. Last Minute Private Jet is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
We locate aircraft, obtain prices from operators and help you book. The operating carrier conducts the flight and is responsible for it.
Estimates, not offers
Hourly rates, flight times, ranges and the outlook from our short-notice tool are general guidance. Real availability and prices depend on the aircraft, crew, airports, weather and timing on the day.
When a booking exists
Only after you sign a charter agreement and meet its payment terms. Before you sign, we disclose the operating carrier with operational control, and the agreement states the aircraft, schedule, total price, payment and cancellation terms. A quote on its own does not bind either side.
Availability
Everything we quote is subject to the operator's confirmation at booking. At short notice aircraft and crews can be taken by other clients quickly, and an option may no longer exist when you reply.
Taxes and fees
Quotes say what is included. Domestic US charter carries the 7.5% federal excise tax and a per-passenger segment fee; trips can also involve landing, handling, after-hours, crew, de-icing, catering, Wi-Fi and international fees, and any that are not included are listed.
Cancellation
The charter agreement for your trip sets the cancellation and change rules. Read them before you sign.
Your part
Give accurate passenger, luggage and pet details; make sure everyone carries valid ID, passports and visas; and follow crew and airport safety instructions.
Liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it or relying on its estimates; any liability that cannot legally be limited remains. Responsibility for operating the flight lies with the operating carrier under the charter agreement.
Acceptable use
Use the forms for real travel enquiries only, do not interfere with the site, and do not copy its content for commercial purposes without permission.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York. The version published here with its effective date is the current one.
